Shipping policy

For Ready-To-Ship Items 
Each item is typically processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

For Pre-Order 
Each item will be provided with an estimated release date. Once an item is ordered and processed, the customer will receive a notification by email once the order has been submitted. The customer will receive an email with tracking information when the item arrives and has been shipped.
